Hamilton based United Performance Metals was named one of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s Top Workplaces for the second year in a row. According to a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics and Enquirer Media, 127 companies participated in the program and 75 were selected for the Top Workplaces award. United Performance Metals ranked 26 among small business with fewer than 150 employees.
The survey was based on what the businesses own workers think of their company; that they are valued for the work they do and the skills they bring to their job, they are appreciated for helping sell products and solve problems, and in in return for a job well done, they receive respect, recognition, and increased responsibilities.
United Performance Metals President, Tom Kennard expressed his sincere gratitude to the staff. “It was great to see UPM listed for the second year in a row. Thanks for all you do to make this a great place to work!” The company celebrated with breakfast provided for all this morning.
