These are exciting times for United Performance Metals. Members from Vulcanium, Plus Ten Stainless, and UPM’s CHRG Metals Division came together for their first joint sales conference in November.

The theme of the meting emphasized seizing the opportunity to reach further than ever before and put forth our very best combined efforts as a family of companies.
The conference kicked off with an afternoon celebration in Hamilton, Ohio. Guests from Aerodyne Alloys also joined in the festivities. With company headquarters stretching from the Northeast, to the West Coast, Southwest, and Midwest, the event was a great opportunity for all attendees to meet and get to know one another better.
Two days of meetings followed, with presentations on topics including global sales, marketing, supply chain, competitive landscape, divisional sales, sales cycle and success stories. Participants shared best practices, and discussed goals for the coming year.
The sales meeting in Ohio was an invaluable opportunity for everyone to share their mutual respect and like-minded desire to work together toward our common goal of success in 2014.
