Hamilton, OH - September 9th, 2005. Ferguson Metals recently announced the hiring of three new employees. Ferguson Metals' Director of Human Resources, Jim Huggard commented, "We are excited about these new positions as they are strategic to our company's continued growth."
Mark Harrod has joined Ferguson Metals in the position of Business Analyst/Developer. Mark most recently held the position of Manager of Java Development at Rippe & Kingston Systems. Also joining the Ferguson Metals Information Systems group as a programming intern is Michael Barker, a junior at Miami University. Harrod and Barker will work on technologies used in Fergusons' front and back office operations.
Brandon Wiedeman has joined Ferguson Metals in the new position of Project Engineer. Wiedeman, a graduate of the engineering school at Purdue University brings practical and management experience from positions held with Batesville Casket and Wash Pro. Wiedeman will help oversee facility and equipment upgrades during the building expansion and be instrumental in ongoing process improvements throughout the company.
