Brad Butler, Traffic/Safety Manager for United Performance Metals, has completed the Project Management Certificate Program developed by the Project Management Institute and presented by the Xavier University Leadership Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Project Management Certificate Program is built on the content and processes found in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This highly interactive program develops the essential skills and real-world practices required for project managers to be successful, delivering even the most complex projects on time and on budget, according to specifications.
United Performance Metals Human Resources/Training Manager, Sherri Davis, sees the benefits of workforce training as twofold. “Programs like this not only encourage individual staff development, but they also place our employees in the best position to serve our customers.”
