Growth in the western region has prompted United Performance Metals to add crane systems to its La Mirada, CA facility.
A two-ton Spanco freestanding crane system was recently added to accompany the 24” Reusch slitter in this specialty metals processing facility. Additionally, a Spanco crane with a two-ton hoist was purchased to complement the newly installed 12” slitter.
“Efficiency is always top of mind in our industry, especially when business is growing,” remarked Chris Weber, Western Region Branch Manager for the service center. “This additional equipment gives UPM even more opportunity to serve our customers in a timely and cost-effective way.”
